Energize Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our internal SAP team in Aachen, Germany. You will analyse HR requirements, advise stakeholders on SAP-based solutions and support, customize and further develop SAP HCM within an ECC environment, contributing to the transition toward S/4HANA HCM.

You will work with HR and data protection teams, coordinate external SAP providers, and provide 2nd/3rd line support.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or SAP Inhouse Consultant
• Strong knowledge of at least one SAP HCM module (PA, PY, PT or OM)
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging, SAP interfaces and ideally S/4HANA HCM architecture
• Understanding of SAP HXM solutions including ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori
• Experience with HR processes, time management, payroll or complex employment requirements would be advantageous
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent German language skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting and sustainable problem resolution
• Create and maintain documentation in line with IT governance and data protection requirements

Tasks

• Provide professional and technical support for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM).

Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience and relevant SAP HCM expertise.
• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or SAP Inhouse Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of at least one SAP HCM module, such as PA, PY, PT or OM.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging, SAP interfaces and ideally S/4HANA HCM architecture.
• Understanding of modern SAP HXM solutions, including ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori and user-focused HR applications.
• Experience with HR processes, time management, payroll or complex employment and collective agreement requirements would be advantageous.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent German language skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in modern technologies and continuous professional development.
