DSR Global is seeking an SAP HCM & HR Solutions Consultant on a permanent basis to join a global end client and drive the SAP HCM landscape. The ideal candidate has strong German payroll expertise and will support transformation toward SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of SAP HCM consulting with strong German HR experience.
• Strong SAP HCM Payroll (PY) expertise, PA/OM and ideally Time Management.
• Excellent SAP HCM configuration and payroll rules knowledge.
• Experience consulting HR teams to analyse and implement requirements.
• Strong understanding of German payroll legislation and translating changes into SAP solutions.
• Experience in HR process optimisation, digitisation and application management.
• Experience supporting testing, integrations and interfaces SAP HCM with other systems.
• Experience leading SAP HCM projects or sub-workstreams.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or hybrid HCM/SuccessFactors.
• Basic ABAP debugging knowledge and integration scenarios a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; bilingual German/English.

We are currently looking for an SAP HCM & HR Solutions Consultant to join a global end client of ours on a permanent basis.

The role is ideal for an experienced SAP HCM professional with strong expertise in German payroll who is looking to play a key role in developing a global HR systems landscape and supporting the strategic transformation towards SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with strong knowledge of the German HR environment.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (PY), with experience in PA/OM and ideally Time Management (PT).
• Excellent SAP HCM configuration/customising skills, particularly with payroll rules and schemas.
• Experience consulting with HR teams and key users to analyse, design and implement HR system and process requirements.
• Strong understanding of German payroll legislation and experience translating legal changes into SAP solutions.
• Experience in HR process optimisation, digitisation and application management, including 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Experience supporting testing, integrations and interfaces between SAP HCM and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Experience working on SAP HCM projects, with the ability to take ownership of workstreams or sub-projects.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules would be advantageous, particularly experience within hybrid HCM/SuccessFactors environments.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging, user exits, BAdIs and integration scenarios would be a plus.
• Strong analytical, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Very good German and English language skills.
