Energize Group is looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to support HR systems and processes in a large, digitally transforming organization in Germany. You will work with HR and IT teams to optimize HCM in an ECC environment, contributing to the move toward S/4HANA HCM and ESS/MSS.

The role requires strong SAP HCM knowledge, ABAP debugging skills, and fluency in German, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and ensuring high-quality HR applications.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience and relevant SAP HCM expertise.
• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or SAP Inhouse Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of at least one SAP HCM module (PA, PY, PT or OM).
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging, SAP interfaces and ideally S/4HANA HCM architecture.
• Understanding of modern SAP HXM solutions, including ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori and user-focused HR applications.

• Work with HR, data protection, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate external SAP service providers, testing activities, and transports.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and problem resolution.
• Create and maintain structured documentation in line with IT governance.

Join a large and complex organisation where IT plays a key role in supporting essential business operations and digital transformation. As part of the internal SAP team, you will help develop and optimise HR systems and processes while working closely with HR and other internal stakeholders.

Tasks

Profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or SAP Inhouse Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of at least one SAP HCM module, such as PA, PY, PT or OM.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging, SAP interfaces and ideally S/4HANA HCM architecture.
• Understanding of modern SAP HXM solutions, including ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori and user-focused HR applications.
• Experience with HR processes, time management, payroll or complex employment and collective agreement requirements would be advantageous.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent German language skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in modern technologies and continuous professional development.
