Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, maintain, and operate web applications, including adapting and extending SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Implement complex back‑end features and technical solutions in alignment with Solution Architects.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers and other team members to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Write maintainable, performant, stable, and well‑documented code and contribute to establishing coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and manuals.
• Plan, execute, and automate testing processes (unit tests, automated tests, and feature testing).
• Analyze, debug, and fix bugs, perform code reviews, and suggest technological solutions to complex problems.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and support requirements gathering, user stories, estimations, and mentoring of junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Java experience, with advanced expertise in Spring and SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services, relational databases, and common ORM frameworks.
• Solid security proficiency, especially in API security.
• Experience with build and automation tools.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and languages, especially Golang.
• Capable of mentoring junior developers.
