This Position reports to: Sales Manager

Key responsibilities
  • Reinforcements for our technical sales function for motors and frequency converters at our Hanover location. Ideally you have practical knowledge in drive technology or have experience in technical sales.
  • Actively support the dedicated sales team with your expertise.
  • Evaluate request documents and prepare offers.
  • Review requirements for specifications, read and evaluate specifications.
  • Independently prepare offer calculations.
  • Provide customer support and advice by telephone.
  • Maintain close communication with assigned colleagues in field sales and manufacturing plants.
  • Independently conduct contract negotiations within the specified framework.
  • Willingness to conduct customer visits independently.
Qualifications for the role
  • Training as a state-certified electrical engineer or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
  • Ideally initial professional experience in drive technology (e.g., service engineer for motors or frequency converters) or in technical internal sales or field sales.
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English language skills.
  • Strong customer and market focus with an affinity for technical and results-oriented problem-solving.
  • Ability to combine customer contact with technical affinity and a structured, responsible approach.
