Sales Specialist – Dutch Speaking (On-site, Berlin)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist to join an international sales team based in Berlin. In this role, you will engage with businesses, understand their goals, and offer tailored solutions that help them grow through innovative digital services. This is an on-site position suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and who are passionate about sales, communication, and customer success.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing and post-sale relationship management. Your main duties will include:

Proactively contacting new and existing business clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to propose suitable solutions.

Presenting products and services in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.

Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor.

Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.

Accurately documenting interactions and updating internal systems with relevant client information.

Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
