We are looking for ambitious sales representatives for our immunology department in the area of pediatrics / development of the pediatric line. The position offers a challenging and varied job. You will be responsible for the successful marketing of dupilumab and establish a sustainable market presence for Sanofi in the pediatric sector. Your tasks
- Support for pediatricians in branch offices and clinics
- Continuous expansion of the use of dupilumab and strengthening of the market position
- Gaining new prescribers among pediatricians and establishing referral structures between pediatricians and dermatologists
- Establishing trusting, sustainable relationships with users, opinion leaders and decision-makers in practices and clinical centers
- Close cooperation with the dermatology sales force, MSL colleagues, BRM and regional management in the area
- Strategic mapping of target customers based on individual potential for modern system therapies
- Comprehensive information and advice based on predefined meeting priorities and customer needs
Territory and time management
- Strategic territory and contact management with effective visit and tour planning
- Professional interface management with relevant departments to coordinate measures
- Regular analyses of your own area of responsibility as well as recording and forwarding market and competitor observations
- Punctual fulfillment of the required reporting system
- Planning and utilization of the event budget for local and digital trainings
- Representing Sanofi at regional and national events / congresses
Your profile
- Recognition according to AMG § 75 (certified pharmaceutical representative) or scientific background is mandatory
- Ideally several years of demonstrably successful experience in field sales (clinic & practice) in the relevant indication area
- Good knowledge of the specifics of the German healthcare system
- Strong communication and rhetorical skills
- Professional, confident and winning demeanor
- Independent, goal- and result-oriented working style with high intrinsic motivation
- Sales and customer orientation, strong negotiating and sales skills
- Ability to work in a team and transversal collaboration
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, VEEVA and ZOOM
- Very good knowledge of the use of digital channels, media and devices
- German language skills at native speaker level
- Good knowledge of English (for specialist literature) desirable
