The company manages sales and marketing activities across Europe, working closely with distributors and internal teams. This role combines external sales and marketing activities with internal coordination, data analysis, reporting, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate should have native-level German, strong English communication skills, and experience in sales support, marketing, administration, or a related field. Main Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for assigned distributors across Europe, communicate regularly, and maintain strong business relationships
• Visit distributors, dealers, and end users and support market understanding through direct interaction
• Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, pricing, specifications, and regulations
• Collect, check, and manage monthly distributor sales and stock data
• Prepare sales analysis, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Analyse distributor marketing activities, including plans, results, and effectiveness
• Support distributor marketing initiatives, events, and sales promotions
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support evaluation of new market entrants and competitor activities
• Prepare documents and presentations using MS Office and digital tools
• Utilise Excel and AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and daily operations
• Provide general sales and marketing coordination and back-office support

Ideal Candidate

• Native-level German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Professional experience in sales support, marketing support, administration, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and interest in using AI tools for business improvement
• Strong communication skills with a reliable and organised working style
• Comfortable taking responsibility for assigned markets while managing both external customer/distributor activities and internal office-based tasks
• Able to work independently as well as part of a small international team
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Comfortable working in an international and Japanese business environment
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required
• Experience in the automotive industry or Japanese business environment is advantageous
