Your Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of sales campaigns and initiatives
• Prepare and analyze sales, market, and competitive data
• Provide administrative support for promotions and sales activities

Dealer Support

• Serve as a point of contact for dealer partners regarding sales-related inquiries
• Collect and evaluate dealer feedback on products and sales campaigns

Data and Inventory Management

• Analyze sales and vehicle registration data
• Support inventory control, data maintenance, and quality assurance processes
• Assist the sales team with regular reporting and data analysis

Administration & Special Projects

• Create purchase orders and process invoices
• Support organizational tasks, B2B projects, tenders, and fleet orders

What do you bring?

• Completed commercial/business administration training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, or a similar role
• Advanced MS Excel skills and confident handling of digital systems, ideally ERP and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
