Our client is a multinational medical device company, a clear leader in its field. They are expanding their European team and looking for a Sales Manager to cover North Germany and the Netherlands.

What You Bring
  • Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the medical device industry, with a strong focus on high-value capital equipment sales in imaging and/or therapeutic technologies to hospitals and academic centers.
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of consistently closing complex capital deals, ideally involving disruptive or innovative technologies.
  • Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the clinical and commercial landscape in Neurosurgery, Neurology, and/or Radiology.
  • Established Network: A well-developed professional network within the German healthcare system is a strong advantage.
  • Business Development Acumen: Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Highly self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong conceptual and structured thinking skills, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution.

  • Industry Representation: As the face of the company, you will represent the company at congresses and industry events to boost visibility and strengthen our market presence.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: You will identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to enhance brand credibility and drive long-term growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Clinical Applications, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless execution and success in your territory.
