Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Construction Machinery in Italy

For our team in Krefeld we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) Construction Machinery in Italy, like excavator, AWP, wheel loader, cranes, paver and so on. You will be a core role to search for the potential clients and provide the professional technical instruction and services. And you will be backed up by all the other members of the team.

Tasks
  • To establish a dealer network of construction Machinery in Italy, carry out sales and promotions, and reach monthly and annual sales target.
  • To keep good coordination with dealers, give them guidance and support in their sales, marketing, and service. To coordinate with technical team to provide training for dealers and customers.
  • Keeping a direct connection with key clients and major rental companies.
  • Providing periodical market reports covering up-to-time market information, channel development analysis, sales analysis, customer feedback, and product promotion suggestions, etc.
Profiles
  • At least 3 years working experience in construction machinery industry, especially Construction Machinery in Italy market.
  • Professional communication and business negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills and organizational coordination ability.
  • Excellent ability to acquire new customer.
  • Appreciation for cultural differences and diversity.
  • Very good Italian, English and other European language skills.
  • Outstanding skills in MS-Office.
  • Willingness to travel widely through Italy, occasionally worldwide.
  • Driving license is a plus.
