Your mission
Join the NAGASE Group as our next Sales Manager (m/f/d) and support the European pharmaceutical market as a central liaison between suppliers and clients.
Your responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for European suppliers and clients
- Handle pharmaceutical raw materials (intermediates, APIs, excipients) ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
- Support new and ongoing inquiries by identifying potential suppliers in Europe
- Drive new product development projects with suppliers and clients globally
- Manage quotations, contracts, and orders with logistics and compliance teams
- Monitor delivery schedules and customer requirements
Your profile
- 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, APIs, or healthcare-related fields
- Experience in international business, import/export, and regulatory compliance
- Direct negotiation experience with overseas manufacturers and clients
Skills & qualifications
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of GMP, GDP

- Willingness to travel and work independently in a global environment
- Adaptable, responsible, and trustworthy in building long-term relationships
