We’re looking for a Enterprise Sales Lead to take ownership of our global mid‑market and enterprise segment. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and develop a high‑performing sales team, manage our three largest strategic accounts, and shape our go‑to‑market playbook, building the processes, materials, and structure that drive sustainable revenue growth.

As an in office company, we enjoy each others presence and expect employees to work from our Munich office 4 days a week.

What you will be building 🏗️
  • Drive comstruct’s top‑line growth by owning our 3 largest accounts

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of enterprise sales professionals, empowering them to perform at their best through structured coaching, feedback, and hands‑on deal support

  • Develop innovative sales strategies and scalable playbooks for inbound and outbound motions, ensuring we capture the enormous opportunity in the DACH market

  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at leading construction companies, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and upsell potential

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, BDRs, and Customer Success to align on pipeline generation, messaging, and customer feedback loops

  • Monitor KPIs, optimize pipeline health, and implement proven methodologies to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles

  • Represent comstruct as the innovation driver for digital construction, leveraging your insights to influence product development and marketing positioning.

What you need to succeed ✨
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with complex, non‑transactional sales

  • 1+ year of sales leadership experience building, inspiring, motivating and developing an exceptional team

  • Experience in 0→1 environments: you’ve built sales teams, playbooks, and processes from scratch in a startup or high‑growth setting

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, including selling to executive‑level stakeholders in an enterprise format

  • Strong network and experience in the DACH market

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Fluent in German (C2 level), with very good English skills
