This position reports to:

Service Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring service projects in power transmission and distribution, focusing on the southern German market. If you understand the service concept and excel at maintaining customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.

The work model for this role is: remote from your home office in Southern Germany, covering the greater Nuremberg & Wuerzburg area (#LI-Remote)

Main responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining contact with existing ones
  • Advising and supporting customers on service matters and identifying additional service opportunities
  • Developing solution concepts for the conversion and modernization of switchgear and components
  • Monitoring and analyzing market and competitor activities
  • Managing offers and supporting contract negotiations
  • Supporting colleagues in project planning and execution

Qualifications

  • Degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power engineering or technician/master craftsman in electrical engineering
  • Several years of experience in sales or related roles, preferably in service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 85%
