We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director – Germany (Geschäftsführer) to lead our German Sales organisation and drive transformational growth in one of our most significant markets. With an established turnover of approximately €200 million and ambitious plans to exceed €500 million, this is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, inspire high‑performing teams, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth. You will operate at the forefront of our DACH region, reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating across EMEA to ensure alignment and success.
