We are now expanding further and looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to lead our commercial growth in the German market. This is a senior role where you will develop the German market, shape our local sales strategy, and build strong long‑term customer and partner relationships. You’ll join a highly collaborative team where engagement, ownership, and support are at the core of everything we do.

Responsibilities
Drive and lead sales growth in Germany
  • Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy for the German market

  • Build, nurture, and expand long‑term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key industries and target accounts

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and decision makers

  • Guide customers through their ServiceNow journey and position TCP’s full portfolio of services

  • Lead high‑quality customer meetings and presentations – both onsite and digitally

  • Oversee proposal work, tenders, and complex sales cycles

  • Collaborate closely with our consultants, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure customer success

  • Represent The Cloud People at key industry events, conferences, and partner sessions

What we are looking for
  • Strong ability to understand enterprise business drivers, challenges, and needs – and how ServiceNow and TCP solutions can solve them

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in IT services, cloud, digital transformation, or ServiceNow (advantage, not a requirement)

  • A solid track record of building new business and managing complex sales cycles

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Strong relationship‑builder who thrives on creating trust with customers, partners, and internal teams

  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning

  • Native‑level or C1+ German language proficiency, and strong English skills

  • Experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem or IT Service Management is an advantage, but not required

  • Self‑driven, structured, and motivated by delivering results and shaping a growth market
