Factor Search is seeking a Sales Director to lead engagement with NATO and allied government customers across Europe, driving strategic sales of data and cybersecurity solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close, build long-term relationships with government and defence stakeholders, and travel across Europe to win key accounts in the NATO/Defence sector.

A fast-growing space & data intelligence company is looking for a Sales Director to lead engagement with NATO and allied government customers across Europe.

About the role:

You'll drive strategic sales of advanced data and cybersecurity solutions into NATO member states and defence institutions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close, while building long-term relationships with government and defence stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record in cybersecurity solutions (or related markets) into government/defence markets
• Existing network within NATO, national defence ministries, or allied government agencies
• Experience navigating government procurement cycles and security-cleared sales environments
• Background in sales, business development, defence tech, or cybersecurity sales strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven scale-up environment
• Willingness to travel across Europe for client engagement
