Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team via website demo requests, outbound prospecting and inbound marketing efforts.
• Understand prospects' needs related to internal communication and how we can provide solutions.
• Analyse how German companies work and communicate.
• Support the sales process by leveraging upstream work from the digital marketing specialist to contact companies by phone.
• Identify how the company communicates with employees and highlight related issues.
• Introduce to prospects the solutions provided by our client.
• Facilitate the work of sales reps by setting up demo appointments to shorten the sales cycle.

Job description

The role of the sales development representative is the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team.

• Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team using three main levers: via companies requesting a demo directly on the website, via outbound prospecting and inbound marketing through the work of the digital marketing specialist
• Understanding the needs of the prospects related to internal communication, how they are structured and how to provide them solutions
• Analysing and understanding the german companies way of work
• Relying on the upstream work of the digital marketing specialist to contact companies over the phone
• Identifying how the company communicates with its employees and highlighting the issues related to internal communication
• Introduce to the prospects the solutions provided by our client
• Facilitating the work of sales representatives by setting up demo appointments to reduce the sales cycle
