We’re looking for a Sales and Compensation Strategy Manager to join our Global Sales Strategy & Operations Team to help design and execute our global Ads Sales incentive programs. You’ll work closely with sales leaders, strategy teams, and finance to ensure our sales teams across 30+ countries have the right targets, rewards, and motivation to drive business success.


This role is a mix of strategy and execution—you’ll analyze sales performance, support the creation of incentive plans, and work on improving processes through automation and standardization. What you’ll be doing


  • Own and execute the incentive design for Ads Sales globally at Wolt to drive top line revenue

  • Work closely with sales leadership, sales strategy, finance, and product teams to drive the development, implementation and administration of new sales incentive structures

  • Build and maintain complex forecast models that drive the sales organization’s goals

  • Continuously assess business performance, drive diagnostics and deliver data-driven recommendations on ways to improve output

  • Set and track to accurate quota targets across various sales organizations that align with our strategic topline and company goals

  • Create compelling and accurate visualization reports that track sales commissions while providing insights into business performance

  • Focus on improving standardization and automation of all processes to do with quota, incentive design and attainment/commissions tracking


Our humble expectations*


  • 4-5 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, analytics, or a related field.

  • You’re an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL experience strongly preferred as is experience with CRMs (Salesforce, PipeDrive, Hubspot).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in global sales strategy and working on high-impact projects with leadership exposure.
