Zusammenfassung

Gleiss Lutz Hootz Hirsch Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Stuttgart invites a motivated law student or trainee to support our lawyers on ongoing client work. You will conduct legal research, analyze issues, and present findings in a clear, structured format.

You will assist with drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other documents, and potentially contribute to academic publications depending on your practice area.

Qualifikationen

• First (or first and second) state examinations with grade fully satisfactory or better.
• Very good command of English.
• Interest in business-related issues and challenging work.
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession.
• Structured approach to legal analysis.
• Availability to work at least two days a week.

Your role

You'll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You'll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You'll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.

You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.

Your profile

• First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
• Very good command of English
• Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
• A structured approach to legal analysis
• Availability to work at least two days a week
