We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Dispute Resolution practice at our Stuttgart office.
Our practice focuses on representing clients from Germany and abroad in complex litigation before courts. We also work extensively on contract drafting, product liability and product compliance. We help clients establish product compliance systems, coordinate global recalls and crisis situations, and advise on new products and regulatory frameworks. ESG also plays an important role in our practice, for example through the impact of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains on contract drafting.
Alongside our client work, we are also highly active in publishing within these fields. Alongside a range of handbooks, commentaries and articles, we also publish two dedicated journals: ESG – Zeitschrift für nachhaltige Unternehmensführung and COVuR – COVID-19 und Recht.
You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.
