Gleiss Lutz invites applications for research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) to join our M&A practice in Hamburg. You’ll work alongside our lawyers on diverse mandates, focusing on M&A transactions, joint ventures and financing rounds.

Applicants may join during university studies, doctoral work, or while completing practical legal training; strong English skills and a keen interest in business issues are required, with enthusiasm for innovative legal tech.

Qualifications

• First (or first and second) state examinations, each with a grade of fully satisfactory or better.
• Very good command of English.
• Interest in business-related issues and challenging work.
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession.
• A structured approach to legal analysis.
