We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Corporate practice at our Munich office.

Gain insight into the work of leading lawyers in corporate – in particular on:

• Stock corporation and capital markets law
• Advising management boards and supervisory boards
• Shareholder disputes
• Liability issues
• Compliance
• Corporate groups
• D&O insurance

and contribute as part of the team.

Your role

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.

Your profile

• First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
• Very good command of English
• Interest in business‑related issues and challenging work
