Gleiss Lutz Hootz Hirsch Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in Munich is seeking research assistants for our M&A practice. You'll work with our lawyers, conduct legal research, analyze issues, and present findings clearly while supporting drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, and other documents.

You can start at any time – during university studies, doctoral work, or while completing practical legal training, with a capacity to commit to at least two days per week.

Qualifikationen

• First (or first and second) state examination(s), each with a grade of fully satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or better
• Very good command of English
• Interest in business-related issues and challenging work
• Enthusiasm for applying innovative technologies in the legal profession
• A structured approach to legal analysis
• Availability to work at least two days a week

Aufgaben

• You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format
• You’ll contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents
• Depending on practice area, you may assist with academic publications
• You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work

We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our M&A practice at our Munich office.

Gain insight into the work of leading lawyers in M&A and contribute as part of the team – in particular on advising strategic and private equity investors, on carve‑outs, and on joint ventures.

Your role

You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications.
