We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our Employment practice at our Stuttgart office.
Our internationally positioned team has ranked among Germany’s leading employment law practices for many years. We advise and represent large and medium-sized companies, groups, and public authorities in Germany and abroad on all aspects of collective and individual employment law, on planning and implementing corporate reorganisations and transactions, in negotiations with trade unions and works councils, on contract drafting, in company pensions matters, and in domestic and cross-border litigation.
We also actively contribute to the development of German employment law through numerous publications and lectures, combining outstanding expertise with genuine passion for our profession.
You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents. And depending on your area, you’ll also assist on academic publications.
