We are seeking research assistants (wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter) (m/f/d) to join our IP/Tech practice at our Munich office.
You can expect a diverse range of engaging tasks including from strategic advisory work for our notable clients, the preparation of academic publications, handling commercially significant litigation in Germany and abroad, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
The IP/Tech practice area comprises the following fields:
You’ll work closely with our lawyers and assist on ongoing client work. You’ll conduct legal research, analyse legal issues and present your findings in a clear and structured format. You’ll also contribute to drafting, reviewing and revising pleadings, contracts and other legal documents, as well as – depending on your practice area – academic publications. You can start at any time – during your university studies, your doctorate, or while completing your practical legal training.
