Join Axpo Solar Germany as a Program Manager where you will lead the management and coordination of a portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) projects across Europe. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from development through to construction and operation.

What you will do

• Oversee cross‑functional project management ensuring smooth transitions during development and construction phases.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including development, construction and asset management to drive project success.
• Monitor and control project schedules focusing on multidisciplinary tasks and external partnerships.
• Manage commercial and contractual conditions ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Contribute to project legal setups and master and challenge project business plans, seeking optimization at all potential levels and ensuring regular updates for top‑management reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders supporting negotiations and maintaining strong relationships.
