This remote role is open to Turkish residents and requires fluency in German and basic English. About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries, and subscription-related questions across multiple channels.

This is a remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

Project: HBO Max

Contract: Full-Time

Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey)

Languages Required: German C1, English B1

Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week)

Summer Shifts: 10:00-19:00, 13:00-22:00, 16:00-01:00

Winter Shifts: 11:00-20:00, 14:00-23:00, 17:00-02:00

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support through phone, email, chat and social media
  • Assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries
  • Follow internal processes and escale cases when needed
  • Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Your Profile
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Turkish ID (must reside in Turkey)
