A leading customer support provider is seeking German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist users of a major streaming platform. This remote role is open to Turkish residents and requires fluency in German and basic English. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues and handling account inquiries across various communication channels. A comprehensive onboarding training and competitive compensation package, including bonuses, is offered.
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries, and subscription-related questions across multiple channels.
This is a remote position, and all necessary equipment will be provided.
Project: HBO Max
Contract: Full-Time
Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey)
Languages Required: German C1, English B1
Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week)
Summer Shifts: 10:00-19:00, 13:00-22:00, 16:00-01:00
Winter Shifts: 11:00-20:00, 14:00-23:00, 17:00-02:00
