Our client, a well‑established and growing fiduciary services provider, is looking for a Relationship Officer to join its team. This position offers a clear and structured career path, strong client exposure and long‑term development opportunities within a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop client relationships in a professional and proactive manner
  • Understand and apply regulatory, administrative and operational requirements
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in line with internal procedures
  • Coordinate company incorporations and general corporate administration
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, advisors, authorities, notaries)
  • Supervise and follow up on accounting, tax and legal matters in collaboration with internal experts
  • Monitor the preparation and filing of annual accounts and tax returns
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and AML/KYC requirements
  • Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines, quality standards and productivity targets
  • Contribute to team objectives and support junior team members when required
Profile
  • 2–3 years of experience in a fiduciary, accounting, tax or trust environment
  • Degree in business administration, management, economics, accounting, law or similar
  • Good understanding of accounting, tax and corporate legal principles in Luxembourg
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset
  • Well‑organised, reliable and client‑oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
