Aufgaben
- Drive and achieve sales and growth targets across the European market (focus on DACH)
- Build and maintain a strong network of distributors and sales partners
- Execute regional sales campaigns, incentive programs, and training initiatives
- Coach and develop sales teams to achieve peak performance
- Organize and lead sales events and activities to drive engagement and retention
- Analyze sales KPIs, ROI, and performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Logistics, and Compliance to ensure market readiness
Profil
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in direct sales / MLM
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building successful teams
- Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers, partners, and events
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
