Jobtailor in North Rhine-Westphalia seeks a senior B2B sales professional to build the region from the ground up, secure new locations with housing companies, cities and municipalities, businesses, retailers, and transport hubs, and manage end-to-end deals.

You will travel throughout NRW, build a decision-maker network, and work closely with executive management and the project team to implement location concepts.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in B2B sales and/or field sales.
• Proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience selling complex, consultative solutions.
• Ideally contacts or experience in real estate, municipalities, or infrastructure.
• Strong hunter mentality, self-motivation, and closing skills.
• Structured and independent approach to work.
• Willingness to travel throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Fluent German with strong negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Build the entire North Rhine-Westphalia sales region from the ground up.
• Identify and acquire new locations among housing companies, cities and municipalities, businesses, retailers, and transport hubs.
• Build a decision-maker-level network.
• Manage the entire sales process, from scheduling meetings and delivering presentations through negotiation and closing.
• Take end-to-end responsibility from the initial concept through to the implementation of the location.
• Work closely with executive management, Operations, and the project team.
