The role requires a university degree or equivalent qualification, leadership experience, and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset. Expect ~50% travel and close collaboration with Sales, HQ, and executives.

• Translate company objectives into regional initiatives in collaboration with Sales, headquarters, and executive management.
• Responsibility for the infrastructure and facilities of the locations.
• Ensure a professional working environment in collaboration with the headquarters’ Real Estate department.
