A Day in the Life

Our Western European Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit (OU) is strengthening its impact in cardiac care and accelerating execution across markets. We are seeking a Senior Product Specialist with a European / Global marketing background to build and execute the Western Europe marketing plan for our key portfolio, aligning closely with Global and Regional targets.

This is a seasoned individual contributor role responsible for end to end marketing delivery : from strategy and price guidance to multi channel campaign execution, content development, launch orchestration, and performance monitoring, owning business outcomes and driving performance in the region. You will partner cross functionally (Sales, Pricing, Demand Planning, Operations) and influence stakeholders across Global, regional, and country levels to drive expected results and achieve targets.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

• Develop and drive Western European marketing strategy and tactical execution plans for a high stake and high complexity product portfolio, including launches, omni‑channel campaigns, tracking of the results and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive market knowledge & manage product lifecycle, including : Contribute to Strategic Plan modelling (market size, competition, pricing), Initiate / lead market research, VOC, and data collection, Build detailed demand forecasts; monitor / adjust pricing and Lead major customer communications.
• Enable efficient business operations, including : Ensure accurate forecasting; partner with Demand Planners and Sales Operations on allocations; create customer communications related to supply.

Required Knowledge and Experience :

• Advanced Marketing knowledge (breadth + depth) from education and 8+ years practical experience in European / Global roles.
• Proven expertise in : 1) Product launch strategy & execution, 2) Value proposition formulation, 3) Marketing plan development, 4) Communication development, and 5) Extensive collaboration with Commercial teams.
• Degree requirement : Master in Marketing, Business, Economics, with 8+ years relevant experience, MBA / EMBA is a plus
• Fluency in English ; exceptional presentation skills; strong ability to influence, drive teams, and lead indirect teams to successful completion.
• Knowledge of Cardiac Surgery and specifically Atrial Fibrillation procedures is an advantage.
