About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support key staffing operations. This role is key to ensuring an excellent candidate experience, smooth recruitment operations, and effective communication between hiring managers, recruiters, and applicants.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Listings Management

  • Create, post, and update job descriptions across job boards, career sites, and internal systems.
  • Ensure postings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with hiring needs

Application Review & Pre-Screening

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial pre-screen calls or assessments as needed.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.

Candidate Communication & Experience

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during early stages of the process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to maintain a positive experience.

Recruitment Operations & Support

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity.
  • Assist with recruitment metrics reporting and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination roles (internships and entry-level experience considered).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Available 40hrs/week
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • A people-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.
