The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and communicate effectively in English and German while collaborating with the facilities team on projects and daily operations.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, customers, and employees, creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Provide outstanding hospitality services to ensure every visitor feels valued and well cared for
• Manage access control and visitor registration systems, ensuring a secure and compliant environment
• Support health and safety protocols across the BT Campus to maintain a safe workplace
• Prepare and contribute to reports on hospitality and facility services, offering insights to enhance daily operations
• Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently to the correct contacts, taking messages when required
• Assist with facility management projects, including planning, coordination, and follow-up
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the facilities team and ensure smooth daily operations
