CYBEX in Bayreuth is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to support the VP Retail with daily administrative tasks and flagship store coordination. You will manage communications between flagship stores, headquarters, and cross-functional teams while helping maintain premium customer experience standards.

The role requires strong English and German skills, a pro-active mindset, and experience in a fast-paced international retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of studies in business administration or comparable commercial training.
• Initial experience in a comparable position in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of retail operations and premium customer experience standards is a plus.
• Structured, proactive and well organized; willingness to handle multiple tasks.
• Positive and winning attitude; excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.

• Support the VP Retail in daily administrative and organizational tasks related to brand flagships.
• Monitor flagship store projects and retail initiatives across global markets and highlight deviations to VP Retail.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions for retail leadership meetings.
• Act as a key contact point between flagship stores, headquarters, and cross-functional teams.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of premium consumer experience standards within flagship stores.
• Track retail KPIs, store performance data, and project timelines to support decision-making.
• Manage travel planning, calendars, and communication to ensure efficient coordination of retail activities.
