CYBEX GMBH is seeking a dedicated customer service specialist in Bayreuth to manage product and order inquiries across the CYBEX portfolio, online shop, and global fan engagement channels.

You will train junior staff, identify content/process corrections, and oversee escalated inquiries, ensuring top-tier service language in English while coordinating with international teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed Commercial Apprenticeship or similar.
• Several years of prior experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Advanced German and excellent English communication.
• Experience helping leadership with process optimization.
• Familiar with MS Office or Salesforce is a plus.
• Proactive and service-oriented personality.

Aufgaben

• Assist Consumers with inquiries regarding products and orders within the CYBEX Portfolio or Online Shop.
• Help train Assistant level personnel to ensure best quality of service.
• Identify and apply corrections to errors in CYBEX Content or Processes to help department.
• Function as an expert to oversee escalated inquiries from Assistant level tasks.
• Ensure first-class customer service following our global Fan Engagement strategy.
• Communicate with end-consumers via all channels (phone, email, social media, chats).
• Respond promptly to inquiries, handle complaints and give product advice.
• Coordinate with internal departments and international distributors to improve FAQs and content.
• Business language is English; maintain high-quality communication.

• Our business language is English, so an excellent command of the language is required to be successful in this position

• Several years of prior working experience in a similar position or a customer facing role
• Candidates should have advanced-level fluency in German as well as excellent communication skills in English
• Prior experience helping Leadership with process optimization
