What we are looking for

• A Bachelors degree (or higher) in Food Chemistry Food Technology OR Quality Management.
• At least several years of consistent experience in quality assurance within a multinational food company.
• Fluency in English and German (both in written & verbal communication).
• Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9000 / FSSC22000) quality programs (HACCP GMP Hygienic Design) and legal requirements for food safety.
• Experience in food process design and developing quality standards and procedures; TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) experience is a plus.

Your key responsibilities

• Conduct incident management via the PRIMP process (Product-related incident management program) relevant process implementations control risk materials manage audit nonconformances (CAPA) conduct root cause analysis and effective corrective / preventive actions and implement preventive actions from the incident.
• Manage the Quality Management Program and drive continuous improvement to achieve the factorys quality KPIs.
• Optimize quality control standards in the production process and support process quality management to ensure high-quality products.
• Ensure the implementation of the parts of Mars Quality Management Systems on-site coordinate HACCP programs and oversee PRP reviews implement and sustain multiple Mars corporate quality standards.
