Qualifikationen

• Qualified European Patent Attorney with technical background in physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Around 2/3 years PQE in intellectual property law.
• Experience with SEP is advantageous.

The Role

We are seeking a qualified European Patent Attorney with a technical background in physics or Electrical Engineering, working across telecoms equipment and software.

The successful candidate will be part of an IP team and work closely with R&D to identify new technologies and provide full IP protection.

Please note that this position is 100% office based, with some international travel as part of the role.

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will be fully European qualified, with around 2/3 years PQE.
• Must have a good command of both German and English
• SEP experience is advantageous
