As a Python developer or technical project manager, you will be responsible for the introduction Vertec business software at service companies and support them in implementing efficient business processes. With your expertise, you ensure that our customers from different industries use our CRM and ERP software to their advantage. Share your technical and business know-how with customers, sales partners and the entire Vertec team.

The challenges you will master

• In order to develop a promising implementation concept, you will analyze the customer's existing business processes.
• You do not simply implement requirements, but advise on which solutions are the right ones.
• You implement Vertec in the company and implement individual technical configurations so that customers benefit from "business software made for them".
• You will develop scripts and automatisms, create templates in Microsoft Office and customize individual user interfaces.
• To ensure that our customers use Vertec effectively, you hold training courses on our software and inform product management of frequently occurring requirements.

What you bring to the table

• You have an affinity for technology and are good at thinking your way into business processes and workflows. You have good knowledge of Python.
• You enjoy developing concepts and implementing them technically. You are also happy to carry out on-site appointments with customers in the DACH region (travel activity approx. 30%, typically daily assignments).
• With your entrepreneurial thinking, you take on board the requirements of customers and their industries and develop solutions that really help them move forward.
• Your confident manner and communication skills help you to present your solutions to customers convincingly. You have a native-level command of German.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access) and SQL. If you have already gained experience in the implementation and customization of ERP / CRM software, this is an advantage, but not a must.
