As a Project Manager within our Outsourcing Governance and Oversight team, you will lead the implementation of key regulatory changes affecting Outsourcing and spearhead regulatory program enhancements. In this critical role, you will ensure our organization’s policies, processes, and systems remain compliant with evolving Outsourcing regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing regulatory change programs, a strong understanding of Outsourcing frameworks, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver strategic solutions.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Project plan and deliverables to implement EBA Guidelines on sound management of third-party risk requirements and regulatory uplift program for JPMSE OGO
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, technology, operations, and outsourcing, to deliver project objectives on time.
  • Lead impact assessment of EBA Guidelines on sound management of third-party risk across all impacted LOB/Functions, translating them into actionable implementation plans.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and systems are updated to comply with new regulatory requirements. Identify and manage project risks, ensuring robust controls are in place to mitigate potential compliance breaches.
  • Work closely with compliance and risk to address gaps, assess risks, and mitigate regulatory exposure.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for program objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including program status, key risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and working groups.
  • Track program progress using KPIs and ensure timely resolution of issues and challenges.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance Outsourcing systems and tools
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Fair understanding of EU Outsourcing regulations, including the DORA, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, and related requirements.
  • Experience leading regulatory change projects and/or regulatory program uplifts, including system implementations and process redesign.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing regulatory risks.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Project management experience within financial services or regulatory environments.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
