Qualifikationen

About Us

IT Manufactory develops state-of-the-art web-based applications for intelligent digital processes in the automotive industry.

With Digital Automotive, we have developed a product which, in cooperation with our partner S&P Global Mobility (formerly IHS MARKIT), leads the sales planning and sales management of automotive suppliers into the digital "next level sales".

We are looking for an experienced project manager (m/f/d) to support our team with immediate effect.

You will be responsible for the implementation of our Digital Automotive software at our international customers in the automotive supplier industry. Together with our sales department, you will support the customer in the application configuration and accompany the customer before and after the go-live of our SaaS solution.

Assignment

• Planning and implementation of the software introduction together with our customers on the basis of the contractual agreements
• Clarification of professional and technological requirements and consultation with the customer
• Data and interface analysis, as well as support for the customer in the preparation and consolidation of data for application integration
• Joint configuration of application parameters (implementation guide)
• Training and instruction of administrators and users
• Creation and publication of instructions and help topics in the software via various channels
• Coordination and agreement between customers and agile development teams
• Supporting the agile project team in customising projects
• Part of the customer service team after Go Live and contact person for questions about the application

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration or information technology or comparable completed training
• High level of customer orientation
• First professional experience in project management or organisation, ideally in the automotive supplier environment
• Solution-oriented work, analytical strength and a hands-on mentality
• Independent working style, high level of commitment, strong presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent German and English
• Ideally experience in using Confluence, Jira and the usual Office applications
