We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager - Digital Transformation & Automation (m / f / d) to oversee and drive company‑wide transformation initiatives within our fast‑growing wholesale organization.

In this role you’ll act as the key driver and coordinator of digitalization and automation projects ensuring that processes, people and technology work together effectively to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will manage cross‑departmental projects that bridge business operations, process improvement and digital enablement. Working closely with our teams in Logistics, Commercial and Finance you will take ownership of strategic initiatives that make Buying Labs more efficient, data‑driven and future‑ready.

Your Mission

• Project Management : Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from initiation to implementation with the support of the tech team. Define project goals, milestones and success criteria while ensuring effective stakeholder alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Process Optimization & Automation : Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimize and automate workflows across departments. Introduce modern digital tools and scalable automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual processes.
• Strategic Transformation Planning : Translate company strategy into concrete project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration and report on progress, risks and key deliverables.
• Change & Stakeholder Management : Drive cultural and organizational adoption of digital tools and processes. Communicate effectively across teams, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth project execution through strong leadership and engagement.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting : Define and track KPIs for project success. Provide transparency to management through structured reporting, risk assessments and improvement recommendations.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Foster an innovation‑driven mindset. Identify and evaluate new digital trends (e.g. automation, data analytics or AI applications) to advance the company’s transformation journey.

Your Profile

• 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digitalization transformation or process optimization environment.
• Proven success in leading complex cross‑functional projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to turn strategic goals into actionable project plans.
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder communication.
• Hands‑on experience with automation, ERP systems or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with agile project methods and digital implementation frameworks.
• Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented working style with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with confidence in managing multiple priorities and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Passion for digital transformation innovation and continuous improvement.
