meteocontrol sucht einen erfahrenen Inbetriebnahmeingenieur (m/w/d) für Fern- und Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei PV-Anlagen, BESS oder Hybridanlagen. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektmanagement zusammen und verantworten den SCADA-Umfang einschließlich Anlagen- und Netzschnittstellen.

Sie stimmen technische Anforderungen mit Kunden, Versorgern und Netzbetreibern ab, lösen komplexe Aufgaben eigenständig und tragen zu innovativen Lösungen bei.

Formación

• Abschluss oder Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik/Kommunikationstechnik.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Starke Problemlösekompetenz und Innovationsfreude.

Responsabilidades

• Fern- und Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahme von Überwachungs- und Steuerungssystemen für PV-Anlagen, BESS oder Hybridanlagen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement; SCADA-Umfang verantworten (Anlage, Monitoring, Power Control, Netzanschluss).
• Technische Anforderungen mit Kunden, Versorgern und Netzbetreibern abstimmen; optimale Lösungen entwickeln.
• Netzwerk- und Cyber-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen implementieren.
• PLCs/RTUs für Protokollkonversion, Anlagenautomation, Leistungssteuerung einsetzen.

• Perform remote and on-site commissioning of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale photovoltaic, BESS or hybrid power plants in Germany and internationally
• Collaborate closely with project management and take responsibility for the SCADA scope (plant control, monitoring, power control, grid integration)
• Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, and grid operators to develop optimal solutions
• Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation
• Implement and help define network and cybersecurity measures
• Utilize PLCs and RTUs for protocol conversion, plant automation, power control, and other SCADA functionalities

Your mission:

Your profile:

• Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Strong interest in technical problem-solving and innovation
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Comfortable working in a project-based environment
• Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning tasks
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
