Job summary

meteocontrol sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Projektmanager/in für die Design- und Installationsphase von Überwachungs- und Einspeisemanagementlösungen für PV- und Speichersysteme. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung von Auftrag bis zur Übergabe an Kunden und interne Stakeholder.

Sie bringen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in industrieller Überwachung, Steuerung und Kommunikationstechnik mit. Die Rolle erfordert eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.

Responsibilities

• Design und Entwicklung von anlagenparametrierten Überwachungs- und Einspeisemanagementlösungen für Solar- und Speicheranlagen.
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten von der Auftragserteilung bis zur Übergabe an Kunden und interne Stakeholder.
• Sicherstellung von termin-, budget- und qualitätsgerechter Projektdurchführung.
• Führung und Koordination von Change-Management-Aktivitäten über den Projektlebenszyklus hinweg.
• Technische Expertise und Unterstützung im Vertrieb/Pre-Sales.
• Erstellung technischer Konzepte und Vorschläge.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Erstellung von Projektverträgen.

• Design and develop plant-specific monitoring and feed-in management solutions for utility-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid power plants in Germany and international markets
• Take full ownership of projects from order to completion and final handover to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful project delivery with regard to scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives
• Lead and coordinate change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical expertise and support to Sales and Proposal Management during the proposal phase (pre-sales)
• Create technical concept drafts and proposals
• Support the Sales department in the preparation of project contracts
• Serve as the link and figurehead between customers and meteocontrol

Your mission:

Your profile:

• A degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Engineering Sciences, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in project management and/or industrial monitoring, control, and communication technologies
• A self-driven and hands-on approach to work
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and complex problem-solving
• A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Team spirit, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership
• A confident, entrepreneurial personality with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
