meteocontrol sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für das Management komplexer Anlagenprojekte im Bereich erneuerbare Energien. Sie verantworten Design, Implementierung und Abnahme unserer monitorings- und Einspeisemanagement-Lösungen für PV, BESS und Hybridanlagen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Pre-Sales und Kunden zusammen, um Lösungen zu entwickeln, Verträge vorzubereiten und Projekte termingerecht abzuschließen.

Competenze

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Automationstechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbares Fachgebiet.
• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder industrieller Überwachung, Steuerung und Kommunikationstechnik.
• Eigenständige, hands-on Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung für technische Herausforderungen.

Mansioni

• Design und Entwicklung von plattform­spezifischen Überwachungs- und Einspeisemanagement-Lösungen für PV-Anlagen, BESS und Hybridsysteme in Deutschland und international.
• Verantwortung für Projekte von Auftrag bis Abnahme und Übergabe an Kunden sowie interne Stakeholder.
• Sicherstellung von Umfang, Budget, Zeitplan und Qualität.
• Führung und Koordination des Änderungsmanagements über den gesamten Projektzyklus.
• Technische Expertise und Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Pre-Sales in der Angebotsphase.
• Erstellung technischer Konzeptentwürfe und Vorschläge.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Erstellung von Projektverträgen.
• Als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und meteocontrol fungieren.

• Take full ownership of projects from order to completion and final handover to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful project delivery with regard to scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives
• Lead and coordinate change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical expertise and support to Sales and Proposal Management during the proposal phase (pre-sales)
• Create technical concept drafts and proposals
• Support the Sales department in the preparation of project contracts
• Serve as the link and figurehead between customers and meteocontrol

Your profile:

• A degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Engineering Sciences, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in project management and/or industrial monitoring, control, and communication technologies
• A self-driven and hands-on approach to work
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and complex problem-solving
• A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Team spirit, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership
• A confident, entrepreneurial personality with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
