meteocontrol GmbH sucht eine/n Inbetriebnahmeingenieur/in für SCADA-Systeme im Bereich Monitoring und Leittechnik. Sie betreuen Fern- und Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahmen bei PV-, BESS- oder Hybridanlagen in Deutschland und international.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektmanagement zusammen, tragen Verantwortung für SCADA-Umfang und koordinieren Anforderungen mit Kunden, Versorgern und Netzbetreibern. Reisebereitschaft und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten runden das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungs- oder Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Neugier für technische Lösungen.
• Kundenorientierung und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen sowie gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Fern- und Vor-Ort-Inbetriebnahme von Monitoring- und Leitsystemen für PV, BESS oder Hybridanlagen in Deutschland und international.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement; Verantwortung für SCADA-Umfang (Regelung, Monitoring, Grid-Integration).
• Technische Anforderungen mit Kunden, Versorgern und Netzbetreibern abstimmen, Lösungen entwickeln.
• Technische Herausforderungen mit einer lösungsorientierten, innovativen Haltung angehen.
• Netzwerk- und Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen implementieren und sicherstellen.
• PLCs und RTUs für Protokollkonvertierung, Anlagenautomation und Leistungssteuerung einsetzen.

About us

Your mission:

• Perform remote and on-site commissioning of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale photovoltaic, BESS or hybrid power plants in Germany and internationally
• Collaborate closely with project management and take responsibility for the SCADA scope (plant control, monitoring, power control, grid integration)
• Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, and grid operators to develop optimal solutions
• Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation
• Implement and help define network and cybersecurity measures
• Utilize PLCs and RTUs for protocol conversion, plant automation, power control, and other SCADA functionalities

Your profile:

• Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field
• Independent and structured approach to work
