Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH in Düsseldorf is seeking an SAP BDC & AI Program Manager to define the vision and roadmap for SAP Business Data Cloud and AI, translating strategic ideas into scalable solutions.

You will own the full lifecycle of flagship initiatives, drive SAP BDC and AI deployments, manage diverse stakeholders, and identify opportunities to modernize business processes with SAP technology.

Qualifications

• Degree in business information systems or a related field.
• Extensive experience in program management and leading complex projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP BI.
• Fluency in German and English (C1).

You will define the vision and roadmap for SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), connecting innovative technologies with concrete business needs. This role goes beyond managing individual projects. You will identify opportunities, provide strategic direction and develop new solutions and use cases together with business consultants, IT and other stakeholders. You will provide clarity, set priorities and turn ideas into scalable solutions that deliver real value. Your main responsibilities will include:Program and project management: Own the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from initial design through go-live, and ensure project objectives are achieved.SAP BDC and AI expertise: Drive the implementation and development of solutions in SAP Business Data Cloud, and integrate AI applications to advance our data analytics and business intelligence strategies.Stakeholder management: Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.Strategic development: Identify opportunities for innovative SAP BDC and AI solutions and make a significant contribution to modernizing and improving the efficiency of our business processes.
