Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced SAP Development Lead Public Sector to shape the digital future of public institutions. You will drive architecture and ABAP OO development for S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, and BTP across multiple projects.

The role requires strong agile leadership, DevOps, and stakeholder management in the DACH market, with fluent German and English. You will work with modern web technologies like React, Angular, Vue.js, and Node.js to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as SAP consultant/developer with strong ABAP OO expertise.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development and PSM.
• Proficient with SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 and AIF; knowledge of BTP a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management in German-speaking markets (DACH).

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development efforts and high-level architectural design for public sector projects.
• Drive technical delivery, ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
• Guide project teams and manage stakeholders across public sector clients.
