Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH in Germany seeks a Senior SAP Transformation Consultant to shape SAP strategies, study S/4HANA transformation paths, and support cloud strategy decisions. You will drive customer workshops, create roadmaps, and estimate efforts and costs for complex landscapes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional consulting, travel within Germany, and strong pre-sales involvement with modern SAP technologies.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree as listed above.
• Strong consulting, pre-sales and workshop experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• In-depth knowledge of migration paths and target architectures for S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for S/4HANA preliminary studies, including methodology descriptions, cost calculations, and proposal presentations.
• Conduct S/4HANA preliminary studies, including evaluation of technical scans (e.g., SAP Readiness Check).
• Provide pre-sales support, participate in sales events and customer workshops, and support cross-module SAP consulting.
• Lead SAP innovation workshops on SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, BDC, and Clean Core concepts.

You are responsible for cross-functional consulting regarding our customers’ future SAP strategy, including changes and innovations brought by S/4HANA, the impact on business processes, and the identification of added value and potential target architectures. This also includes recommendations for cloud strategy and the evaluation of different transformation paths. In addition, you have at least 5–7 years of professional experience in SAP ERP consulting, for example as an SAP module consultant, SAP architect, or SAP pre-sales expert.
